New Patient Registration

If you would like to register with us, please check first with one of our receptionists that you live within our catchment area (see below). You then need to call at reception in person to complete some simple paperwork. If you have your NHS medical card it is helpful, but not essential.

Newly Registered Patients

Newly registered patients will be invited to attend for a health check. In the course of the consultation the Health Professional will make appropriate inquiries regarding medical history.

Patients Between 16 and 75 Years

If you have not seen one of our Health Professionals within a period of 3 years and you request a consultation, appropriate inquiries or examinations will be offered at this time.

Patients Over 75 Years

If you have not seen one of our Health Professionals within a period of 12 months, and you request a consultation, appropriate inquiries or examinations will be offered at this time.
